Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period
Products purchased from astballistics.co.za may be returned or refunded within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Key Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and all included accessories.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 2–3 working days for processing, with additional time depending on your financial institution.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period require approval from AST Ballistics and will be reviewed individually.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us with your order number, product information, and reason for the return.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.

Send the item back in its original packaging, including proof of purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue, return shipping will be covered by us.

Returns for Non-Defective Items
For returns not related to defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must still meet all return conditions, including original packaging and accessories.
